We'd like to invite anyone who wants to join to a casual pizza and beer welcome at our home at 7:00pm on Thursday. Please check your email for our home address information, and let us know if you will join so we can plan accordingly.

Friday, October 20th

Welcome to town, we'd love to say hello! We will head to Pioneer Square neighborhood bar, "Quality Athletics" on Friday evening. It's very casual, and there are plenty of great places nearby for dinner or drinks.

  • Damn the Weather: Great cocktail bar with small bites 
  • Zocalo: Newly opened fancy Mexican, beautiful restaurant and good food 
  • Il Terazzo Carmine: A Seattle institution. Old school upscale Italian. Has a "cafe" attached with a simpler bar type menu.
  • Dead Line: Cocktail lounge serving Latin American lunch and dinner - small but good menu
  • Flatstick Pub: Bar with tacos, mini golf, and "duffle-board" (tabletop shuffleboard), etc. 
  • Taylor Shellfish: Another go-to in Seattle, great seafood 
  • Allstadt Bierhall: Exactly what it sounds like. German beer hall with very good brats 
  • The Estates Wine Room: wine bar 
  • Copal: Fun Salvadorian restaurant, good food, great design
  • Good Bar: Great cocktails and usually quiet enough to hear your friends
  • The Sovereign: Very good happy hour, bar food 

Saturday, October 21st

It's wedding time! 

If you have RSVPd for the shuttle buses, they will pick up at both the Palladian and Thompson hotels. Buses will be waiting by 2:30pm, and will depart by 3:00pm. Please do not miss the bus! It is about a 40 minute trip to Snohomish.

When you arrive at Dairyland you will be welcomed with pre-ceremony drinks. If you are driving on your own, please plan to arrive by 4:00pm; the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

If weather cooperates our ceremony will be held outdoors, with the remainder of the reception inside. Please dress accordingly.

Shuttles will depart Dairyland at 9:15pm and 11:00pm and drop off at both hotels. Only one bus will transport guests at 9:15pm based on RSVPs.
